125 gr : Süt
275 gr : = Toz şeker
120 gr : Un
75 gr : Kekun
30 gr : Kakao
5 gr : Karbonat
5 gr : Vanilya
100 gr : Parça çikolata
Parça çikolata hariç bütün malzemeler miksere konur.
Mikserde altı dakika kadar çırpılır. Sonra parça çikolatanın 3/4'ü konur ve yarım dakika daha çırpılır.
Krema torbasına doldurulup, muffın kalıplarına sıkılır. Kalan 1/4'lük parça çikolata muffınların üstüne serpilir.
150'C fırında takriben 20-25 dakikada pişer.
Pişme süresi fırınların ve kullandığınız muffın kalıbının büyüklüğüne göre değişebilir.
